We try our best to accurately represent our merchandise, but if for some reason you receive your order and it's not exactly what you want, we want to fix it! We understand how different items fit people differently, and we want you to look and feel gorgeous in your Signature fashions! You'll find our return policy below and instructions for what you need to do in case you need to return or exchange.
Return Policy
No refunds on returns; exchange for store credit only minus the shipping. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags in the original location.
In order to avoid holding items or sizes we do not do exchanges. If you need a different size, you can place a new online order to reserve the item and we will ship immediately. You must mail back your return item in its original condition with tag. When we receive your returned item, we will immediately refund your original form of payment.
Accessories & Sale Items
All jewelry, accessories and handbags, are final sale.  No refunds or exchanges.
